Imprisoned by the Spanish Inquisition Cervantes reenacts the story of Don Quixote of La Mancha to win back a package of papers his fellow prisoners stole. The story of a knight who lives in a world of madness, his love and his chivalry enchants.

His San Diego theatre credits include Anna Christie (The Old Globe), 42nd Street (Coronado Playhouse), and Little Shop of Horrors (Scripps Performing Arts Academy). His other theatre credits include Once on This Island, You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown and Schoolhouse Rock Live! He competed as a Top 16 finalist as part of NBC’s singing competition show “The Sing Off” with his college a cappella group Extreme Measures. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.

In addition to acting, Lucas is also a playwright of recent San Diego premieres such as Rasputin the Musical, The Noble Man, and his newest play Blowfish.

Recently, Linda played Mama Rose in Gypsy (SD Critics Circle Award) and remounted her silent solo role in Request Programme (SD Critics Circle Award) for Ion Theatre. Watch for her next fall in Exit Interview at the San Diego Rep. Linda teaches at High Tech Middle Media Arts where she formed the Drama Department. She is a proud member of Actors Equity. Her favorite role is mother to her daughter, Elizabeth.

Justin is thrilled to be performing in his first full production with Cygnet Theatre after participating in the staged readings of Passion, On the 20th Century, and Man of La Mancha. He is a company member of the local Community-Based Theatre Company ‘Circle Circle Dot Dot’, and was most recently seen in their production of Deconstruction of a Drag Queen which has been accepted into the 2013 New York Fringe Festival. She made her way around the U.S. and Mexico for five years working in Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, Vermont, New York, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Cancun until she made it to sunny California where she is currently the props mistress with the San Diego Rep beginning her fourth season. She has worked with Moxie Theatre for two seasons.

Patrick has a B.A. in theater performance from San Diego State University and is the Technical Director of the community-based theater company Circle Circle dot dot.
Andrew OswaldAssistant Director Andrew graduated from the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts and the North Carolina School of the Arts (B.F.A. Theatre). Andrew just arrived here from New York where he was working as both and actor and director. He was Associate Artistic Director of Bedtime Sketch Comedy for 2 years. Most recently he was Director & Co-creator of Suspended Cirque’s Subterranea – a circus/musical based on Orpheus’ descent into the Underworld and the Persephone myth. Before that he directed the premiere of As I Am Fully Known at the New York Fringe Festival. Acting Credits include Duke Orsino in Twelfth Night (Orlando Shakespeare Festival), Edgar in King Lear (Theatre Ten Ten, N.Y.), and the Captain in The Sound of Music (Lincoln Amphitheatre).
