CYGNET PATRON SERVICES
Cygnet representatives are available to answer any questions you may have when you arrive at the theatre.
Our Outdoor Concessions Bar is open one hour prior to curtain and during intermission. Our Indoor Concessions Area is open 30 minutes prior to curtain and during intermission. You can take any item you purchase from us into the theatre to enjoy during the performance. Credit cards are accepted.
A drinking fountain is located in the lobby near the Concessions Bar.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found is located at the Box Office. If you have lost an item, please contact the Box Office at 619-337-1525.
If you have an emergency while attending a show at Cygnet Theatre, please contact House Management in the lobby.
Assisted Listening Devices
Thanks to the support of Las Patronas, Cygnet Theatre offers assistive listening devices free of charge for all Cygnet performances. Devices may be obtained at the lobby concession stand. A driver’s license will be required as a security deposit. After the show, you can drop off the device and retrieve your card.
We always do our best to seat our patrons even when they are late. We know that parking and traffic can sometimes get in the way of punctuality. Latecomers will be seated in the back of the theatre at the discretion of the House Manager. They may take their assigned seats at intermission.
