A 50% deposit is needed to reserve the seats, and the final count and payment are due 2 weeks prior to the performance. This can be done via credit card, cash, or check. If necessary, we can do a “soft hold” on the seats and draw up an invoice for you to submit to the necessary parties within your administration.

We want to ensure that you and your students don’t miss out on the show, so please let us know what your payment scheduling needs are and we will try and work with you in every way possible.

Once we have received your payment in full, your tickets can be mailed to you or we can hold them at Will Call.

You may adjust the size of your group (up or down) right up to the final payment and date for your group. Once the final payment has been made, tickets may still be added at the school group rate (depending on availability), however the size cannot be reduced due to our no refunds policy.
